I’ve made a lot of progress this past week. I now rarely feel sciatica pain down my legs. There is still some pain in my left hip and SI joint but at least the nerve is not crushed. My easy rides take up to an hour, which is enough time to relax. I also carefully do strength training for the muscles around the hip which has been well tolerated. I won’t push it any further until I see the orthopedist on Monday and see what he says. But I’m very happy with the progress so far, and having had one relapse already, I see no reason to risk rehabbing it any faster.
We had our first rain of the season last night, and in the distance the last of the storm clouds had dissipated
