How to remain in good and positive health in personal challenges
Share some of my thoughts about caring for yourself when things are difficult.
Hello friends! I hope you will spend a beautiful morning yet.
Today, I wanted to chat a little about difficult times and make an effort for yourself, even when you pass it. I suffer from writing this post in advance for Spain, and the use of Spain as a island for something we look forward to, because we are going through here. It was a difficult year everywhere with children, school situations, marriage and a lot of things, so I use this to remind myself as well.
It should also be noted here that I never like to be doubtful, especially because I know that we all have different levels of * difficult. * Comparing sadness is harsh and I try to be aware of the fact that someone has more difficult or worse than you, as this does not mean that there is nothing wrong with feeling the way you do.
Life does not always go according to the plan. We all face moments of sorrow, disappointment, disease, loss or fatigue. Personal challenges are a natural part of the human experience, but this does not mean that it is easy. In fact, during these difficult times, it becomes very tempting to fall into a cycle of negativity, separating from the habits that support us, or indulge in unhealthy ways to adapt.
Whether that gives up screens, skipping exercises, or eating emotionally to reach today, we were all there. I was there. What I learned – through both personal experience and work with customers – is that although we cannot always control our circumstances, we can control how to respond.
The implementation of healthy and mental habits that are rooted in survival positively is not related to everything well. It comes to supporting our bodies and minds so that we can face difficult times with flexibility and grace. Today, I wanted to share some of my strategies, so that you can feel empowering, even in the storm.
Why positivity is important during the personal challenge
Positive is not related to poisonous optimism or ignoring your feelings. It comes to choosing hope for deficit and actively sharing tools that support your mental health and welfare.
When you adopt positive psychology during difficult times, it can::
Reducing stress levels by converting your nervous system from fighting or flying.
It helps you stay excited to make options that support your long -term health.
Enhance your immune system, improve sleep, and enhance recovery.
Make clarity so that you can make better decisions and see new solutions.
How to remain in good and positive health in personal challenges
1. Give the priority 30 minutes of movement daily
Even when life feels heavy, moving your body can be one of the most powerful ways to manage stress and reset your mind.
The movement should not be intense or long – only 30 minutes of walking, gentle stretching, dancing in your kitchen, or even yoga can enhance endorphins, balance your mood, and come to you at the present time.
I would like to think about movement as moving meditation. It brings me back to my body and helps me to treat feelings in a healthy way. If it is difficult to start, you only need a temporary set for 5 minutes. Often, this is all required to build momentum.
2. Nourish your body with real food
When we are immersed, it is easy to reach comfortable foods or skip the meals completely. But feeding your body with real foods and nutritious density helps to stabilize blood sugar, which supports mental health and regulating mood.
Focus on whole foods: lean proteins, healthy fats and a lot of vegetables rich in fiber and water. The reward points for eating protein and vegetables before carbohydrates to support blood sugar balance.
This is not about perfection. It comes to giving your body the fuel you need to move in difficult times with more strength and energy.
3. Practice gratitude daily
Even in the darkest seasons, there is always something he possesses. It has been shown that the practice of gratitude increases happiness, decreased depression, and transforming our mindset from lack of abundance.
Try this: every night before bed, write three things you feel grateful for. You can be small (your cup of coffee, a good word from a friend) or big (your health, your children, a safe place to sleep). Glory be to your mind to find good, which is especially useful during difficult times.
4. Build a support system
Life is not supposed to do on your own. One of the best ways to stay in good health through personal challenges is to build a support network you can rely on.
This may seem:
Talk to a processor or trainer
Reaching a reliable friend
Join an online or personal support society
Contact is medicine. Do not wait until you feel better to reach; Sometimes, communication is how you begin to feel better.
If you are looking for useful tools, supplements and upgrades for a toxic lifestyle, I have a list of my favorite wellness resources that can support you during difficult times.
5. Use of vigilance tools to reduce stress
It is easy to feel exhausted when you are arrested in the “What if” episode and the worst case scenarios. This is why returning yourself to the current moment is very strong.
The mind should not mean sitting for an hour.
It can be:
Take 10 deep breaths
Using basic basic oil
Do 5 minutes of meditation
Spending time in nature
These tools help you reduce stress by calming the nervous system and increased self -awareness. Even a few minutes can make a big difference in your feeling.
6. Set realistic goals (and celebrate a small victory)
During difficult times, it is important to set realistic goals that you feel implemented, not overwhelming. If your usual tasks menu seem impossible, give yourself permission to expand its scope.
Maybe it is:
Drink 8 cups of water today
Go for 10 minutes on foot
Make a single nutritional meal
Each small victory creates momentum. And celebrate yourself to appear-even if it is in a small way-it is a beautiful form of self-esteem.
7. Focus on sleep and comfort
Sleeping is essential to healing, hormonal balance and emotional organization. When we feel nervous or tiger with a difficult time, it is easy to sleep disrupting, either because our mind races or remains very awake to escape.
Create a blowing routine that supports comfort:
Light lights
Turn off the screens 1 hour ago
Try blue light blockers before bed
Read something lying
Getting 7-9 hours of sleep helps your body recover and gives you energy to face everything in front of you strongly.
8. Allow yourself to feel
This is a huge one. Maintaining positive does not mean avoiding your feelings – this means allowing them to move through you so that they do not stumble.
Let yourself cry. Be angry. I feel sad. Emotions are not the enemy. Its suppression can lead to more physical and emotional pain in the long run.
Try this: Instead of describing emotions as good or bad, ask yourself, what are these feelings trying to tell me? Sometimes, sitting with feeling is the first step to heal.
Regardless of the season you are, you know this: You are strong, you are not alone, and allows you to support yourself in any way you need.
Maintaining his health and positive in personal challenges is not related to perfection; It comes to meeting yourself with mercy, using tools that reduce stress, and stay in contact with your values.
It is useful to remember that everything is temporary, and that simple healthy habits can support us for a long time.
I send you hugs, friends.
xoxo
