These fintech companies are hiring in 2025 after a turbulent year
The fintech sector, which witnessed tremendous growth during and immediately after the pandemic, 2024 has been a bit of a tough yearand ends with Sudden shutdown -And then Unexpected acquisition -L Accounting start-up seat.

In an attempt to better understand how many fintech companies might fall into this category, a few months ago I brought this up call Ask which fintech companies are hiring. After a little over an hour, I had more than a dozen responses. Over the course of a few days, I heard from more than 60 companies. The sheer number — and quality — of responses was surprising even to me, someone who writes about this space on a regular basis.
Revisiting this a few months later, I found that although fintech companies are still hiring, many of them don’t have as many open roles as they once did. However, there are still a lot of job openings, and there are some companies that are hiring more roles than they were a few months ago.
TechCrunch is not a job board, of course. This is not a list everyone Roles available in FinTech. But if you were recently laid off, are a recent graduate, or are just looking for a change, this would be a good place to start. We will update this page regularly over time.
