Why European leaders held the emergency summit in Paris?

France President Emmanuel Macron welcomed European leaders at the Elzi Palace in Paris on Monday for the emergency summit in the war in Ukraine.

Peace talks are scheduled to talk about ending the war in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia between the United States and Russia, and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that there is no role in Europe in any peace talks.

Ukrainian President Folodimir Zelinski said Kiev will not participate in the meeting between the United States and Russian officials on Tuesday.

After the summit, German Chancellor Olaf Shaluz said that Europe and the United States should work together on security, and Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said that there should be no decisions on Ukraine without its involvement.
