This is an excellent book I recently read Matt Tini. The title, and the letter of the book, reminds us of the classic Thick Nhat Hanh A vigilance miracle. Magic, or a miracle, occurs, when you spend more of your time paying 100 % attention to what you are currently doing. This makes you spend less anxiety about the future or restore painful moments of the past, and more time at the present time. This is something I was working on for some time, but it is difficult to do regularly.

This book gave me the motivation to try more difficult. There is an amazing story at first as he discovered this. He made a bad mistake in the sentence that pushed him to a very sad place (tried to make a fraud and ended up to prison). A few years later, note that instead of wandering how bad he was, if he had fully paid attention while he was brushing his teeth, he felt a great improvement. The same happened while walking or doing other routine activities. He decided to try to do this all the time, and re -framing almost in prison almost to the long decline. He has spent his life since then serving others and tries to convey this message.

Can those who do not have a bad daily lives like their presence in prison the same transformation? It is worth trying!
