Keith will reveal the US president to pressure both Israel and Hamas to agree on a deal

Hamas, an Israeli -American man, has told Hamas, BBC, that US President Donald Trump has the ability to secure the release of the remaining hostages and end the war in Gaza.

Keith Sagel, 66, was kidnapped from Kibbutz KFAR AZA during the Hamas -led attacks on October 7, 2023.

He was transferred with his wife, Aviva, who was reserved for 51 days before being released during the ceasefire earlier.

Mr. Segel was speaking before a meeting between Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and President Trump at the White House on Monday evening.

In an interview in Tel Aviv, Trump thanked his release and said that the president can now do the same for the 50 hostage, up to 20 of them are still alive.

“I think he has a lot of strength, strength and ability to pressure those who need pressure, on both sides in order to obtain the agreement, sign the deal, restore all hostages and end the war,” he said.

Trump said he hopes to agree on a new shooting and hostage actions this week, but it seems that there are still important gaps between Israel and Hamas.

The two sides resumed indirect talks in Qatar on Sunday evening, but they ended after three hours without penetration, according to a Palestinian official.

Before flying to Washington, DC, Netanyahu said he believed his meeting with Trump could “definitely help in applying for that the result that we all hope.”

It is believed that the plan includes the amazing release of 10 live hostages and the bodies of 18 deadly dead in exchange for the Palestinians held in Israeli prisons.

Hamas said on Friday that it had “a positive response.” But a Palestinian official said he had requested several changes, including the US guarantee that hostilities would not resume if negotiations fail at the end of the war – an idea that Netanyahu previously rejected.

Mr. Siegel described live details how Hamas members hit him and mocked him, and said that he was still chasing the torture of a captive female.

He said that Hamas agents transferred him in the streets of Gaza, and sometimes in broad daylight, to 33 different locations during his captivity.

When asked if he would support a deal that issued the hostages, but it witnessed that Hamas remains in power in Gaza, he answered: “It is of a priority and a higher urge to restore all the fifty hostages as soon as possible.”

But he continued: “We cannot allow Hamas to continue to threaten people, kill people and kill them, and I think Hamas is responsible for death on both sides.”

The Hamas -running Ministry of Health in Gaza says that more than 57,000 people have been killed there since Israel launched military operations in response to the October 7 attacks, during which about 1,200 people were killed in Israel and 251 others have picked up hostages.

I asked Mr. Siegel, as he continues a campaign to issue the remaining hostages, whether his ideas also focus on the suffering of the residents of Ghazan.

“I think peace and security for all people and freedom … are the basic human rights that every person deserves,” he said.

“I think it is the responsibility of all the leadership to ensure that it happens. Anyone who harms, kills or kills is something that I hope will not happen or dream.”
