Some members of the mass Ready to accept Bloomberg has reported that the deal that includes maintaining a 10 % global tariff on many mass exports, but with low rates in certain sectors.
“Ten per cent is not a good deal and we all must find a way to return to the previous situation by negotiating with the United States and the US administration,” Virchi said in an interview with Bloomberg TV on the sidelines of the Renconres Economic Conference in AIX-EN-PROVINCE. “To achieve this goal, we need to stay united and be very firm in our answer, and take into account the actual impact of definitions on value chains.”
The European Union of the United States is pushing a 10 % lower global tariff for the main sectors such as medicines, alcohol, semi -conductors and commercial aircraft.
Brussels also pays the United States to obtain categories and exemptions to reduce Washington tariffs by 25 % on cars and auto parts, as well as a 50 % tariff on steel and aluminum, according to Bloomberg previously.
