This is a quick recipe that your friend will love! I used Garbanzo bean flour (they love chickpeas!), But do not hesitate to use whole wheat instead.
1 cup Garbango flour (whole wheat can be used instead)
3 Eggs (1 reserve for washing eggs)
1/4 cup Pumpkin
1/2 cup Peanut
1/2 cup Fast cooking oats
